Meet and Greet (Monday evening)

Training Sessions (Tuesday to Thursday)
Training begins at 7:30 AM on Tuesday and wraps up at 12:30 PM on Thursday—packed with valuable insights you won't want to miss! Get ready for in-depth technical sessions from industry experts, interactive discussions, and practical solutions to the challenges you're facing at your own facilities. It's the perfect opportunity to learn, collaborate, and tackle real-world issues with fellow professionals.
Meals and Transportation
We understand staying focused can be a challenge on an empty stomach, so we've made sure to keep you fueled with a variety of great options throughout the seminar. Here’s what’s included:
- Breakfast: Start your day right with breakfast served daily from 6:00 AM to 7:15 AM in the Hilton Garden Inn Akron's Garden Grille. Breakfast is included with the B&W rate.
- Lunch & Snacks: Sessions will break throughout the day with lunch served in the lounge. Snacks and refreshments will be available in the training room.
- Dinner: Plan to join B&W and industry peers at a networking dinner on Tuesday within walking distance of the hotel. Attendees will receive a pre-loaded gift card to enjoy dinner on their own for Wednesday evening.
Travel & Accommodations
Attendees are responsible for booking their own travel and hotel. The Sheraton Suites Chicago O’Hare offers a shuttle to and from the airport, but you’ll need to arrange your own ride schedule with the hotel.
A discounted, early-bird rate is offered at $1,100 and ends June 13, 2025.
Starting June 14, 2025, the rate increases to $1,350. Attendees are encouraged to register by June 13, 2025.

B&W is offering each attendee the opportunity to earn continuing education credits (CEUs) through The University of Akron. A CEU is a unit of credit for participation in an accredited program designed for professionals with certificates or licenses to practice various professions. One contact/training hour equals 0.1 CEU.
The University of Akron will issue certificates via email to those attendees who indicated interest during the registration process, signed all daily attendance sheets, and completed the post-event assessment form.
Registered attendees may cancel up to ten working days prior to the first day of the seminar for a full refund. Cancellations received within ten working days will be charged 50% of the registration fee.
