CHARLOTTE, NC (CHARLOTTE, N.C. – April 13, 2015) – The Babcock & Wilcox Company (B&W) (NYSE:BWC) announced today that its subsidiary, Babcock & Wilcox Power Generation Group, Inc. (B&W PGG), and international wear solutions supplier Magotteaux have formed a strategic alliance to enable B&W PGG to market Magotteaux’s advanced coal pulverizer grinding media and Metal Matrix Composites Vertical Roller Mills (VRM) parts to its U.S. and international customers and to investigate other strategic growth projects.
