The Board of Directors of The Babcock & Wilcox Company (B&W) (NYSE:BWC) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share on the outstanding common shares of the company, payable on March 12, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 19, 2013.
