B&W offers a variety of OEM replacement parts and rebuild services to support the operation of your pulverizer.
During our rebuilding process, each part of the roll wheel assembly is inspected to OEM requirements to ensure product quality and integrity. If a part does not meet these requirements, we maximize your rebuild dollar by reconditioning, provided it does not affect the integrity of the assembly.
Based on drawings and specifications prepared during an engineering review, the new and/or reconditioned components are reassembled, lubricated, tested and returned to you fully warranted.
As part of our full inventory of OEM rebuild parts, grinding tires are available for any roll wheel assembly rebuild.
