DPS is the fourth-largest power plant O&M services provider in the United States. Based in Houston, Texas, DPS is a subsidiary of Babcock & Wilcox Power Generation Group, Inc. DPS employs approximately 195 people and has O&M contracts at eight facilities.

Ebensburg Power Company (Ebensburg, Pa.)
Ebensburg Power Company is a partnership between B&W and ESI Energy, Inc., with B&W serving as the managing general partner.
The facility is a 50-megawatt cogeneration power plant that burns waste coal to produce steam and electricity. The steam provides heat and hot water to local businesses, while the electricity is sold to Penelec. The plant began commercial operation in May 1991. Learn more.
Palm Beach Resource Recovery Facility (West Palm Beach, Fla.)
B&W subsidiary Palm Beach Resource Recovery Corporation provides O&M services for the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County's North County Resource Recovery Facility waste-to-energy plant.
The facility, which encompasses approximately 40 acres of a 1,320-acre Authority-owned tract, employs approximately 160 full-time employees, and approximately 60 full-time contract workers. Learn more.
