The design process begins with the end in mind (design for constructability and safety). BWCC plans and executes integrated D&E projects to optimize costs, maintain schedule while minimizing the project risk profile.
Contracting with a single D&E supplier eliminates customer mediation and change order management issues normally experienced when separate companies are engaged for material supply and installation. The close coordination processes of our product design and construction resources promotes daily interaction in project planning and execution. This close integration allows for improved communication as well as the opportunity to identify and implement additional cost and schedule savings during the construction phase.
