EDI allows customers to efficiently send purchase orders and other business documents to us electronically at any time. EDI reduces processing time and improves the quality of information exchanged. This electronic transaction option is currently available for placing orders, as well as for customers using our Assured Stock Program® or blanket quote program. - Evaluated Receipts Settlement (ERS):
ERS enables the payment for goods without the issuance of an invoice. Upon product receipt, payment is initiated using the dollar amount specified on the customer purchase order multiplied by the actual quantity received. Established pricing and ERS requirements are mutually agreed upon prior to implementation.
