B&W offers both mechanical and electrical installation services for wall- or corner-fired ignition systems, flame scanners and PLC or DCS control systems.
We can provide partial or turnkey services to meet your requirements. Our installation team is comprised of qualified management, skilled craftsmen and support personnel to assure successful and safe completion of your project. To facilitate implementation of your upgrade, we utilize PrimaveraŽ software for planning, tracking and controlling your project.
Many of the project activities can be performed pre-outage such as cable, cable tray and conduit installation as well as the setting of new cabinets. Our project team will organize and carefully plan these activities to minimize disruptions to plant operation. Unlike many smaller, local contractors, we have engineering disciplines available for pipe sizing, flow calculations and structural analysis should the need arise.
