Training is most effective when it is the result of a systematic and disciplined analysis that details the tasks to be performed and the knowledge and skills required to perform them.
B&W utilizes a systematic training approach known as the ADDIE System: Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate.
By analyzing your training requirements and designing and developing training objectives prior to implementing the training program, we are better able to determine whether the training objectives were met. This philosophy is incorporated into all of our training programs.
