B&W's tube sleeving system is a viable alternative to tube plugging and a cost savings strategy for utility, pulp and paper and petrochemical industries. Our sleeves are thin-walled metallic tube inserts made of highly durable alloys. The sleeves are expanded -- either mechanically, hydraulically or a hybrid of the two -- into existing damaged tube ends, adding years of service to your equipment.

Our tube sleeving service offers tube-end protection in heat exchangers, condensers and tubular air heaters. It also:
