The application of advanced technology (CAD, CNC, robotic welding, advanced real-time radiography, automated process controls etc.) is key to the manufacturing process at Babcock & Wilcox Canada.

At Babcock & Wilcox Canada, design, project management, manufacturing, testing, technology evaluation and training are all in one location.

Our main facility in Cambridge, Ontario has approx. 400,000 sq. ft. of shop space, 500 ton crane capacity, and is home to North America's largest horizontal boring mill (HBM), used primarily for machining large components such as primary heads and tubesheets.

From Cambridge we have easy access to many shipping routes for products throughout North America. This facility is located about 60 miles west of downtown Toronto, and about 45 miles west of the Toronto airport.

Our Melville, Saskatchewan facility, established in 1989, encompasses approximately 57,500 sq. feet of manufacturing space.
