Babcock & Wilcox Canada's Cambridge, Ontario facility was established in 1844 and has grown from a small foundry manufacturing industrial machinery to a world leader in the design, engineering, manufacture, construction and service of steam generation equipment.

B&W Canada specializes in producing steam generation products and services for the international nuclear utility as well as Canadian fossil fuel utility and industrial markets.

The Cambridge facility encompasses approximately 520,780 sq. feet of office and manufacturing space with plate, machine, header, tube and boiler shops, and the world's largest (37,000 sq. ft) nuclear assembly clean room -- built specifically for the assembly of nuclear steam generators. The site also houses a modern welding & industrial Skills Training Services Centre, a licensed private career college and testing centre.

B&W Canada's services include: engineering; manufacturing; inspection and non-destructive testing; boiler erection, repair and alteration; plant improvement services; general and heavy mechanical construction; and nuclear steam generator services.
