What to Expect When You Call
- A call specialist will answer "Thank you for calling the McDermott Ethics Helpline." Accommodations will be made directly if you do not speak English.
- On the initial call, the call specialist will ask in what Group you reside (i.e., J. Ray McDermott, Babcock & Wilcox, BWX Technologies, or Corporate).
- The call specialist will also ask you if you wish to remain anonymous.
- As you explain your concern, you will also be asked for clarifying information such as specific names of individuals, dates of events, etc.
- At the end of the interview, the call specialist will assign you a unique Personal Identification Number (PIN) and will give you a date you may call back to check the progress of investigation of your concern.
- When you call back you must have your PIN in order to receive an update.
- During callback, the call specialist may have questions for you from the company which will help facilitate the investigation.
